Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
Proven experience developing integrated master schedules (IMS) from scratch.
Experience supporting utility transmission, substation, infrastructure, engineering, or large capital construction projects.
Extensive experience with Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule logic, sequencing, and forecasting.
Experience performing Time Impact Analysis (TIA), baseline management, and variance analysis.
Experience coordinating with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, and PMO teams.
Experience preparing executive-level schedule reports and presentations. Preferred Experience
Experience in utility, engineering, construction, or project controls environments.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration.
Experience leveraging Power BI, advanced Excel analytics, or AI-assisted reporting tools.
Experience supporting large-scale capital programs and portfolio-level scheduling. Required Skills
Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (non-negotiable).

Knowledge of utility transmission and substation project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.
Build detailed project schedules from scope, engineering, procurement, and construction inputs.
Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and risk assessments.
Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and evaluate schedule changes and delays.
Establish and manage schedule baselines, updates, and variance reporting.
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance tracking.
Prepare and present monthly schedule reports, including risks, delays, trends, and recovery plans.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, and PMO teams to ensure schedule alignment.
Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation and recovery strategies.
Ensure compliance with project controls standards, governance requirements, and scheduling best practices.
Provide clear, data-driven schedule insights to support project decision-making and executive reporting.
