Responsibilities:
Prepare and track product submittals Prepare and review change orders with Project Manager Prepare project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking Prepare RFIs and track/document responses Assist Project Manager with schedule review and analysis Assist foreman with methods and materials
Requirements:
Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills Dependability Customer focused Strong organizational skills Ability/willingness to drive long distances as required (Southern California) Good computer skills, proficient at Microsoft Office Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical project administration
