Project Coordinator Location:
San Diego, CA (Onsite) - 92123
Duration:

Year Contract Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $32.65/hour
Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and project coordination. Update project plans and maintain project records. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to schedule work. Process and issue jobs within SAP. Interpret construction sketches and electrical metering information. Respond to inquiries from customers, planners, and project teams. Assist with problem-solving and project tracking.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, and Word. Experience using SAP (Production or Finance modules preferred). Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
Construction industry experience. Familiarity with Nexus. Experience reading construction drawings or sketches.
