Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools Experience with project management, operations, HR administration, business coordination, or administrative support preferred Experience with inventory systems, website projects, Shopify, or process improvement initiatives is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability Why This Opportunity?
