Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse landscaping projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscaping practices, and a passion for creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments. Duties Plan, organize, and supervise landscape projects, including site preparation, planting, construction, and maintenance activities. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored landscaping solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion. Supervise and guide teams of landscapers, horticulturists, and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work quality. Oversee landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, pruning, irrigation system installation and repair, and tree care. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout all project phases. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials like plants, soil amendments, irrigation equipment, and construction supplies. Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in landscaping techniques and team leadership. Experience Proven experience in supervising landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Hands-on experience with lawn care techniques, irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting, tree care practices, and gardening. Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor environments such as hardscaping or landscape architecture. Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools. Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Formal education or certifications in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related disciplines are preferred but not mandatory.
