Join Tig Tech Inc. , a growing metal fabrication company working on commercial construction projects across Northern California. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual who wants to build a career in construction project management —not just handle basic admin work. This is a computer-heavy, fast-paced role where you'll manage project data, communication, and coordination from start to finish. If you take pride in keeping things organized, staying ahead of problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll do well here. Core Requirement (Read This First) This role is built around organization and computer skills .
You will be:
Managing large volumes of project information Working across spreadsheets, emails, drawings, and documents daily Keeping multiple projects organized and on track at the same time If you are not highly organized in a digital environment, this will not be a fit. What You'll Own (Within 6-12 Months) Manage and maintain project tracking systems Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams Run portions of projects independently with PM oversight Support estimating and bidding processes Keep projects moving by proactively following up and solving issues Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Schedule site visits, deliveries, and inspections Technical / Fabrication Support Perform plan takeoffs and assist with estimating Create and track part tags and fabrication data Track materials, MTRs, and coating deadlines Coordinate shipping of finished products to job sites Administrative & Systems Maintain highly organized project files (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts) Track bid due dates, estimates, and project awards Maintain logs such as punch lists, RFIs, and project trackers Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills (including Excel, email, and file management systems) Ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple tasks Ability to communicate clearly and follow through consistently Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience in construction, fabrication, or project coordination Ability to read or willingness to learn construction drawings Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu Exposure to
AISC / AWS
