See all reviews # 5064548007 Position summary interdependencies in partnership with stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision-making discussions, influencing outcomes and driving alignment across teams Proactively identify and resolve project issues, applying sound judgment to balance competing priorities and constraints Maintain accountability for project output, quality, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful operational readiness and product release execution Optimize existing project management workflows and processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and cross-team coordination Support change management efforts by clearly communicating updates, setting expectations, and reinforcing adoption across impacted teams Provide post-release feedback, identify successes and areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders for refinement Requirements 5+ years of experience as a project manager supporting software product releases Working proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Airtable Technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from initiation through release Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Decisiveness in identifying priorities and resolving issues Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication, diplomacy, and ability to facilitate and influence in a cross-functional environment Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
