What you'll own: Strategic and operational leadership of all construction projects ranging from $2M to $5M Labor forecasting, equipment scheduling, and crew leadership across multiple concurrent projects Direct mentorship and technical coaching of Foremen and field crews Budget and schedule oversight with weekly job cost reviews to catch overruns before they reach leadership Change order identification, documentation, and client approval before work proceeds Subcontractor prequalification, management, and invoice review Site walkthroughs to audit installation quality and progress against schedule High-level client relationships with homeowners, architects, landscape architects, and developers Safety compliance including IIPP enforcement and Cal/OSHA incident reporting What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years in landscape construction, with 2 to 3 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple crews and high-dollar projects Deep knowledge of hardscape, complex irrigation, drainage, grading, and horticultural best practices Fluency in civil, landscape, and architectural construction drawings Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, PlanSwift, or similar platforms Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred and will be a strong differentiator Valid driver's license with clean MVR; C-27 or CLP license a plus Physical requirements: Active construction site work including uneven terrain, outdoor conditions in extreme temperatures, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Regular travel between job sites throughout the region is required.

Compensation:

$41.00 to $67.50/hour DOE | Up to 10% performance bonus | Company truck or $600/month vehicle allowance plus $800/month gas | Medical, dental and vision | PTO and paid holidays
