Position Summary:

The Junior Project Manager will assist in managing projects from inception through completion under the guidance of a Project Manager. They will take ownership of assigned tasks and resolve issues to ensure project expectations and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and implementation of projects, coordination and management of project tasks and deliverables, administrative duties (project data input, invoice processing, etc.), monitoring budget spending, and collaborating with other departments for project success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Create electronic job folders and related documentation Manage processes for tracking labor and material orders Liaison for project documents between contractor, subcontractor and company Update internal data processing programs utilized for financial tracking Procurement of vendor PO's and processing of their invoices Project contract document research and assisting in the development of RFI's and Change Orders Coordination of resubmittals and Operations & Maintenance closeout documents

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide "Parts and Smarts" project oversight Attends project construction meetings (as needed) Support Project Managers with billings for the tracker, inside labor, outside labor, order parts and assist with AIA's (Manuel Billing to customer).

Critical Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF Converter and Outlook) and cloud-based tools Excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills Strong written and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment Basic understanding of construction documentation, procedures, and construction processes Ability to learn to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints

Education and Experience:
