The successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and monitoring efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction management, project scheduling, and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing complex construction initiatives. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects in accordance with OSHPD standards and regulations. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and ensure timely completion. Oversee construction estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid or comparable tools to establish accurate project budgets. Review blueprints, schematics, and civil 3D models to ensure design compliance and constructability. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement activities while maintaining rigorous documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment. Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality control, safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly. Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration across project teams. Implement project management best practices in time management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to healthcare facility construction projects. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on healthcare or regulated environments. Strong proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Familiarity with construction estimating tools including HeavyBid. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, Civil 3D models, and construction site operations. Experience managing contracts and understanding legal aspects of construction projects. Ability to utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of OSHPD regulations and healthcare construction standards is highly desirable.
