We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team and help lead projects to successful completion. Position Summary The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, financial performance, and successful completion of electrical construction projects. This individual will oversee project budgets, labor productivity, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and forecasts. Analyze labor productivity, manpower projections, and project performance metrics. Review job cost reports and proactively identify opportunities to improve profitability. Collaborate with Director of Operations, Foremen, Project Coordinators, and field teams to ensure project success. Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement activities, and project documentation. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to company leadership. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, contract requirements, and industry standards. Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation. Demonstrate Extreme Ownership by taking responsibility for project outcomes and driving solutions. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or public works projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project management principles. Proven experience managing project budgets, labor forecasting, manpower planning, and job cost analysis. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and construction schedules. Experience managing change orders, RFIs, and project financials. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction software.
