Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential roofing, project management, and customer service. This role requires overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple residential roofing projects simultaneously. Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct pre-job site inspections, evaluate roofing conditions, and develop project plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines. Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates. Handle any issues that arise during the project, making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency. Conduct final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction before project completion. Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively manage resources to meet project milestones and deadlines. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope of work and project requirements

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential roofing and project management. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve project goals Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools; Google Suites, Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA certification or other safety training. Experience with insurance claims and restoration projects. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
