This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. The Roofing & Solar Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project schedules, documentation, customer communication, material procurement, and project tracking while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM systems, project management software, and partner portals with accurate project information. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Maintain project documentation, including permits, job packets, change orders, contracts, compliance records, and project files. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project timelines, customer expectations, and operational goals are met. Review completed projects for quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Coordinate warranty and service-related follow-up work as needed. Participate in daily operations and backlog meetings to ensure projects remain on track. Monitor project schedules and calendars for consistency and accuracy. Coordinate material procurement and work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials. Navigate and maintain lender and financing portals while ensuring compliance with lender-specific requirements. Track project milestones and proactively identify potential delays or issues. Stay informed on product updates, company procedures, and industry best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, project management support, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Experience working with CRM systems and customer databases preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Experience Construction, home improvement, solar, roofing, or related industry experience. Experience with permits, job costing, project documentation, and customer-facing communication. Familiarity with financing portals, project scheduling, and material procurement processes.

$58,000.00 - $83,200.00 per year
