- Data Center Project Manager
Project Management:
- + Lead and manage data center projects, ensuring timely execution from startup to commissioning. + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that track milestones and deliverables. + Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications in alignment with client requirements.
Technical Oversight:
- + Oversee integrated system testing and functional testing of data center sites. + Provide expertise in thermal execution for data centers, particularly in chilled water systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
Team Coordination:
- + Manage and mentor technicians on-site, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project plans. + Act as the primary point of contact for technical and operational questions during project execution. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction management, and client services.
Customer Engagement:
- + Interface with data center customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. + Ensure projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices. + Support post-installation follow-up to verify operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- What you will bring:
- + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, industry training programs, or equivalent years of experience
- (7+ years of experience.)
- + Proven experience managing projects in the data center, industrial, or HVAC sectors.
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
- $105,228.33 - $168,700.00
