In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, execution, and successful completion of low voltage system projects — leading a team of technicians, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage low voltage system projects from inception to completion Collaborate with general contractors, customers, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed Oversee and mentor a team of technicians and support staff Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards Manage project changes, issues, and conflicts effectively Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality Maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in fire alarm, low voltage, security, or AV systems Proven understanding of low voltage systems and related technologies Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Effective communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, project management, or related field is a plus
