Job Description

Job Summary:
The New Product Introduction Project Manager will help manage how new products will be implemented across the organization. This is critical in helping the company succeed in implementing new and improved equipment and processes that help have an impact on car wash customers as well as operators of our washes. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams like manufacturing, supply chain, product development, maintenance, operations, and marketing to ensure that new products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to the highest quality standards. This will require balancing priorities and a constant pivot on ever-changing requirements. Some new product introductions will have a strategy involving marketing campaigns that will need to be coordinated with the marketing organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Create and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and mitigation plans. Work closely with engineers to help projects stay on time and within budget. Allocate and optimize resources to meet project objectives. Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, and reports to senior management. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators. Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors as needed. The ability to troubleshoot and make quick decisions to keep projects on track. Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as pumps, motors, hydraulics, electrical theory, chemistry, statics, dynamics, & software development. Help with different documentation tasks through the development process including requirements gathering, testing, manufacturing readiness, installation, and general communication. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress. Performs work independently. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field and 2+ years of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of project management software Problem-solving skills Detail-oriented working style Ability to work as part of a team with good interpersonal skills Willing to travel 15% of time If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
