We partner with restaurant owners, chefs, contractors, and hospitality professionals to create innovative, functional, and efficient commercial kitchen environments. We are seeking a highly motivated Design-Build Sales & Project Manager who combines strong sales ability with design expertise and exceptional project coordination skills. What You'll Do Design & Planning Develop commercial kitchen layouts and equipment specifications using AutoQuotes and related design software. Create professional proposals, equipment schedules, and project documentation. Assist clients in transforming concepts into practical, code-compliant kitchen designs. Review plans, field conditions, and project requirements to ensure successful execution. Sales & Business Development Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, operators, architects, and contractors. Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building. Present equipment solutions, design concepts, and proposals to prospective clients. Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion. Project Management & Scheduling Coordinate project timelines, equipment deliveries, installations, and vendor communications. Schedule meetings, site visits, and project milestones to keep projects moving efficiently. Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues. Client Service Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain consistent communication. Ensure client satisfaction from concept, design, and quoting through final installation. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in sales, project management, design-build, construction, foodservice equipment, or a related industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Northern California as needed Highly Desired Skills AutoQuotes (AQ) experience Adobe Acrobat Pro and PDF editing/markup skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Project scheduling and coordination experience Design and space-planning experience Proposal development and presentation skills CRM and ERP system experience (NetSuite a plus) Google Workspace proficiency Bonus Qualifications Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and foodservice design
