Senior Project Manager - R D / Medical Device We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Consumables R D organization across Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management business units. This role will manage complex cross-functional projects in an FDA-regulated environment and partner with teams including R D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and project documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites
- Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Support design control activities and manufacturing processes
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in an FDA-regulated environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Familiarity with design controls and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with
MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Point Preferred:
- Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience
- PMP certification is a plus
