Job Description

Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are currently in need of a Project Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and opportunities for advancement. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, and customers. Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily to ensure all employee and candidate records are up to date. Assist candidates with applications and onboarding tasks to certify completion and accuracy. Recruit quality candidates for job opportunities in the Hampton Roads area. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates. Conduct site safety inspections in shipyards and other customer locations. Develop working relationships with all current customers and identify opportunities to upsell candidates and additional services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Track personal protective equipment (PPE) distributed to plan for new orders. Assist the branch manager with various special projects and other tasks, as needed. Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures. Meet metrics provided by the company.
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or the equivalent required. Experience in a shipyard environment preferred. Must be tech savvy with extensive experience using Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be friendly, high-energy, and maintain a positive outlook. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. 10-Panel drug screen required. Must be a U.S Citizen and provide a birth certificate or passport.
