Job Description:

This project coordinator will support multiple initiatives of client s maintenance and operations including its materials and inventory. This resource will coordinate to advance the safety culture and awareness They will also support recent audit findings related to inventory and materials Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations

Requirement:

2-5 years of experience in utility operations, familiarity with material handling, and safety first experience and culture Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with represented employees; detail oriented / organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Bachelor's degree
