Job Description

Required Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating reports, performing basic formulas, and maintaining logs.
  • Exposure to SAP, preferably within Production or Finance modules.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Construction industry background or experience.
  • Experience interpreting construction sketches.
  • Experience reading electrical metering information.
  • Familiarity with Nexus.
Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator supports construction and pre-construction operations by coordinating job scheduling and managing work activities within SAP and Nexus. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, project teams, and customers to ensure jobs are scheduled and processed efficiently. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work collaboratively across multiple groups while managing competing priorities.

Duties
  • Coordinate scheduling activities with various internal groups and the pre-construction department.
  • Issue and coordinate jobs within SAP.
  • Create and maintain reports, logs, and tracking documents using Excel.
  • Interpret construction sketches and read electrical metering information.
  • Answer calls and respond to inquiries from customers, project managers, planners, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure jobs are scheduled appropriately.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling and coordination issues as they arise.
  • Perform daily work activities within SAP and Nexus.
