$180,000 - $250,000 per year Job Details - The Project Executive serves as a senior operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff. This individual ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily and mixed-use construction projects. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and project teams. Monitor project budgets, schedules, risk management initiatives, and overall project performance. Participate in project pursuits, preconstruction planning, and strategic business initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Review project financial performance, forecasting, and profitability. Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing corrective action plans when necessary. Drive accountability and operational consistency across project teams. Support recruiting, hiring, training, and professional development efforts. Partner with executive leadership to support company growth and long-term strategic goals. Qualifications 15+ years of commercial construction experience. 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers and Superintendents. Extensive ground-up multifamily construction experience required. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and project teams. Strong knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, risk management, and operations. Proficiency with Procore and modern construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
