- Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Field Manager to lead and oversee construction projects on-site from inception to completion.
This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope, budget, and schedule parameters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, excellent project coordination skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. As a Project Field Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for on-site operations, fostering collaboration among teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Position Overview The Project/Field Manager will oversee all aspects of our San Diego, CA Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while driving growth and efficiency. This is a highly visible leadership role suited for someone who is both strategic and operational—able to manage teams, handle customers, and jump into the field when necessary and help finish the job. You'll supervise a team of ~10, manage project workflows, assist with estimates, and ensure exceptional service delivery. - 30 miles radius of San Diego County Experience Proven experience in construction management or as a Project Field Manager with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects Extensive on-site construction experience with a focus on project scheduling, site safety, and quality assurance Proficiency in construction management, if any software include it on resume Tools Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with contracts management and contract compliance procedures Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and civil site work practices Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders Join us as a Project Field Manager and be at the forefront of building excellence!
