Do you have experience managing modular or multifamily construction projects? Are you looking for an opportunity to work on innovative, scalable housing projects with real purpose? To date this decade, the team has built or is actively developing close to 1,500 units, with the capability to produce over 1,000 units this year. Due to winning a number of high-value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a motivated Project Manager to join their loyal team. The Role:

Project Manager

• Modular Multifamily Construction Managing high-value modular multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout Working closely with the client and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery Leading project forecasts, budget management, and quality control on crucial housing projects

The Person:

High-level experience on large-scale modular or multifamily construction projects Strong understanding of prefabrication, off-site construction, or manufacturing-based delivery Professional with high standards, great communication, and the ability to liaise with executive clients Proven ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional quality standards
