Education:
Bachelor's Degree (required) Job Summary We are seeking a Project Controls Consultant II to support electrical substation projects. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans while creating reports for cost monitoring and management. This is an 18-month hybrid contract position. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project budgets, baselines, short- and long-term forecasts, and expenditure plans for electrical substation projects Create routine and complex reports to assist in cost monitoring and management Oversee the creation of detailed reports to help Project Managers and partners monitor and forecast costs, including budgets, actuals, and commitments Review and report on cost over/underruns versus approved budget/forecast Conduct cost assessments and provide variance explanations for changes in project scope, materials, and schedule Update change management tool based on impact analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of Power BI Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Point) Prior experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in cost controls with a utility company Prior experience in cost controls with construction management Experience with electrical substation projects know more about current opportunities at LeadStack , please visit us on https://leadstackinc.com/careers/ Should you have any questions, feel free to call me on (513) 3184502 or send an email on waseem.ahmad@leadstackinc.com
