Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Airtable Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency and develop tailored tools for internal teams and external partners. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze tool requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs. Design and develop custom interfaces in Airtable to meet the specific needs of teams and partners. Manage the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, including solution development and feature testing. Monitor prototypes and evaluate processes through data reporting and dashboarding to ensure effectiveness. Utilize critical thinking to structure and prioritize requests efficiently. Skills 6+ years of experience in technology, operations, or consulting environments. Expertise in Airtable, including schema design, automations, and scripting. Strong data architecture instincts with the ability to design scalable bases and data flows. Proficient in data manipulation and modeling using Excel or similar tools; SQL knowledge is a bonus. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to work across functions and geographies. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Salesforce, Retool, or similar operational platforms. Experience managing large cross-functional projects in technology or operations. Knowledge of sales pipelines, CRM, media operations, or licensing workflows. Ability to navigate fast-paced and ambiguous environments with confidence and resilience.
