About the Role The Design Coordinator supports the team with sample management, presentation materials, vendor communication, general organization, and task management. Responsibilities Coordinate the production of design concepts as directed by design team Assist team with spec out process, which includes maintaining a spreadsheet of products, organizing spec packages, shipping, and following up with information in PLM Organize detailed information in a faced paced environment. Help with presentation boards and presentation mockups as needed Keep track of what supplies the team needs and order supplies as needed Schedule appointments, correspond with outside vendors and keep track of invoices Be involved in product development cycle and calendar; organize the calendar for the team and keep track of important dates Update and maintain seasonal product information Be proactive; have the ability to see what needs to be done and pitch in to help Keep sample room, textile library, color library, and studio organized Operate a computer and communicate via telephone Proficient in Microsoft Office & good communication skills. Basic Photoshop & PLM knowledge helpful but not required Transport materials and equipment and lift, move and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis Criteria Bachelors or Design degree (or experience in related field) Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and schedule work in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Our Culture & Values We believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
