Job Description

Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the construction/ restoration industry, is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager/ Estimator for a leading commercial disaster restoration company located in San Francisco, CA.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $80,000-$90,000 (DOE) Eligible for commission Company Vehicle Full Electronics Package Health & Dental Insurance Holiday and

after 6 months plus company match ________________________________________________________________________________________ The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for restoration projects by providing estimating the scope and cost of the loss; direction and coordination of all field activities related to the mitigation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; and managing the project schedule.
Responsibilities:
Estimate commercial water, fire, asbestos, mold/environmental, biohazard restoration projects Negotiate restoration services and some insurance claim settlements Plan, organize, lead and manage crews on projects from start to finish Manage approved subcontractors Establish, maintain, and build client relationships through daily communication and site visits Serve on the emergency response team and dispatch Partner with teammate every day Deliver accurate invoices and support collection efforts Attend all appropriate company and team meetings Attend regular company sponsored training sessions Additional duties required as needed
Requirements:
5+ years' experience as a project manager, preferably in the restoration industry Preferred restoration certifications including asbestos, lead and mold Ability to manage budgets and schedules Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person) Ability to recognize and solve problems independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, responsible and accountable Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record
