Full Job Description Experience:

Core Responsibilities Affordable Housing Development & Finance:
Lead funding applications, financial modeling, due diligence, and escrow closings; ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
Project Execution & Oversight:
Manage construction-phase funding (draws/pay apps), track budgets/schedules, and coordinate lenders, contractors, and stakeholders through project delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Partner with community groups, consultants, and development teams; lead engagement efforts and negotiate scopes/contracts.
Pipeline & Financial Analysis:
Evaluate new development opportunities, perform feasibility analysis, and support RFP responses and contractor bid reviews.
Operations & Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation; maintain organized files and track project progress for leadership visibility. Key Qualifications Bachelor's in a relevant field (Construction, Planning, Finance, etc.) Strong understanding of real estate finance + affordable housing (preferred) 2+ years in affordable housing development or construction project management Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license required A bit about us:•a California Public Benefit Nonprofit Corporation that specializes in addressing affordable housing and homelessness needs in the Bay Area, is looking for Senior Project Manager to help oversee our teams and projects.
