Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from initiation through deployment and support. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders. Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership. Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Support AI model deployment, monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish project management best practices, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks. Coordinate vendor management and third-party AI technology integrations when required
