What You Will Be DoingManages all phases of multifamily podium construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelops and maintains the project schedule, budget, and overall construction plan to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryServes as the primary point of contact for Owners, design teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholdersReviews contract documents and coordinates resolution of constructability issues, design deficiencies, RFIs, and clarifications with appropriate personnelLeads subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and procurement to align with project budget and scheduleMonitors and controls project costs, prepares monthly owner pay applications, and manages change order processesConducts weekly OAC meetings, project team meetings, and prepares regular project status reportsCollaborates closely with the Superintendent to ensure field execution aligns with project schedule and quality standardsOversees submittal and shop drawing review process in coordination with the design teamManages project closeout including punch list completion, commissioning, owner training, and turnover documentationEnsures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, safety codes, and contract requirementsMentors and provides guidance to junior project staffWhat You Need for this Position5+ years of Project Management experience in multifamily construction, with podium project experience strongly preferredProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owner relationships simultaneously across complex projectsProficiency in project management and construction software including Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools such as MS Project or PrimaveraStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsWhat's In It for
