Need Locals Onsite Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager Location:
San Jose, CA Duration:
3- 6 months + Job Summary The Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of our enterprise cloud transformation. This role requires a blend of strong project management governance and deep functional understanding of Oracle Fusion application suites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Technical & Functional Requirements Implementation Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) from readiness assessment to post-go-live hypercare.
Module Knowledge:
Strong hands-on or oversight familiarity with at least two core pillars: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Methodology Expertise:
Proven experience utilizing Oracle Unified Method (OUM) Cloud Framework or hybrid Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Data & Integration:
Understanding of legacy data migration strategies (FBDI/HDL) and standard Oracle integration patterns (OIC).
Leadership & Operational Requirements Stakeholder Management:
Ability to manage steering committee communications, align executive sponsors, and lead cross-functional global teams. []
Vendor Governance:
Experience managing third-party System Integrators (SIs) and tracking their deliverables against contractual Statements of Work (SOW).
Risk & Scope Control:
Strict adherence to change control processes to mitigate scope creep, manage dependencies, and resolve critical project blockers.
Change Management:
Capability to design user adoption strategies, training plans, and business process re-engineering workflows.
