LP Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing transportation related programs, coordinating with external vendors and partners, driving operational improvements, and ensuring successful execution of transportation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience within logistics, transportation, or mobility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate multiple workstreams and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across transportation and operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners. Manage vendor relationships, performance reviews, and operational escalations. Monitor vendor service levels and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Support fleet management programs by tracking utilization, availability, and operational performance metrics. Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, finance, and transportation to optimize deployment. Create executive reports, dashboards, and business reviews to improve operational visibility and support decision-making. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project status updates, and action-item tracking.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Project or Program Management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, or strategic partners. Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influencing skills. Knowledge of fleet utilization metrics, operational performance, and vendor coordination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with reporting, KPI development, and operational metrics.
