Job Description

Project Manager As Torani continues to grow and evolve its operations and supply chain capabilities, the need for strong project leadership is critical. We're looking for a Project Manager who can help turn operational complexity into coordinated action, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects that enable our supply chain to scale effectively. This role is less about simply tracking tasks and more about understanding how operational systems, people, and processes connect. Successful Project Managers at Torani quickly learn how work flows across Supply Planning, Distribution, IT, and Operations, and help teams stay focused on execution that delivers real business impact. They bring curiosity, discipline, and energy to solving problems, surfacing risks early, guiding teams through change, and ensuring key milestones are met. As a Project Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex operations and supply chain initiatives. You'll help organize workstreams, align resources, and deliver projects on time and within scope all while strengthening how we approach project management, change leadership, and continuous improvement across Operations. Project Leader:
You successfully led complex supply chain and operations projects from planning through implementation. You brought clarity to scope, timelines, budgets, and ownership, ensuring tasks moved forward and milestones were achieved. As a result, operational initiatives were delivered more consistently, and business partners had confidence in how projects were managed.
Change Leader:
You embraced change leadership as a core part of project success. By applying structured change management principles, you helped stakeholders understand what was changing, why it mattered, and how to adopt new ways of working. This resulted in strong engagement, faster adoption of new processes and systems, and sustained improvements after project completion.
Operational Problem Solver:
You applied your supply chain and operations expertise to solve complex problems and close gaps through innovative process and technology improvements. You embraced ambiguity, learned quickly, and found practical solutions to new challenges. Your work helped reduce friction in the business and raised the bar on operational performance.
Cross-Functional Connector:

What You'll Bring:
5+ years in a high-volume food service or consumer goods manufacturing environment highly desirable You maintain a positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple projects Your project management experience demonstrates your ability to understand how businesses operate and your skill at identifying connections and dependencies across teams. You proactively identify risks, surface issues early, and help team members think through trade-offs and next steps You build strong relationships and communicate in ways that create clarity, alignment, and trust. You enjoy helping teams improve how they work together and are energized by building practical ways of working that make execution easier.
Salary Range:
$145,158 - $161,287
