Position Location:
Ghirardelli San Leandro HQ2 Headquarters Project Purpose The Human Resources Project Management Intern will help operationalize our HRBP infrastructure in support of ongoing process improvement initiatives. The role will focus on documenting and mapping workflows, as well as building a structured system to organize, house, monitor, track, and drive execution of HRBP projects to completion. Gain hands‑on experience in human resources, collaboration, and workflow structure. Primary Responsibilities and Project Objectives Process Mapping & Workflow Improvement Develop and refine the RACI for the full item setup process after conducting interviews with cross‑functional teams to understand ownership and data inputs. Document required inputs and identify gaps or improvement opportunities. Design standardized "Pre-Execution Planning Process" to be used for all significant HR Initiatives. The expectation is that this process becomes a consistent operating practice to ensure that all aspects of work are fully considered before execution. Create a weekly action tracker for team to utilize to include all open items, owner, status, deadline, any risks, etc. to be an operating process going forward. Build a structured system to organize, house, monitor, track, and drive execution of HRBP projects to completion. Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and professional curiosity.
