What You will
Do:
Manage and document projects from start to finish Client interaction: maintain good communication with client Schedule workload, crews and subcontractors. Order and schedule material and equipment Oversee that all Cal/OSHA safety procedures are followed. Close out projects with all documentation and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking for:
5 + years of landscape construction project management Able to prepare bids and work up change orders. Able to read plans and do take offs and prepare submittal packages. Strong knowledge of plants, plant layout, irrigation design and hardscape. Valid and clean California driver's license Bilingual (English / Spanish) Industry certifications a bonus.
