Senior Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. This role is critical in overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects from conception to completion. The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, ensure adherence to project goals, budgets, and schedules, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, a deep understanding of construction processes, and exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, and drive projects forward with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and cost-saving opportunities are identified. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timely communication of project status. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify and address issues proactively, and adjust plans as needed to meet project milestones. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in Construction project management with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong skills in scope management, meeting facilitation, vendor management, and supervising teams. Familiarity with project management tools such as BuilderTrend & Planswift is preferred.
