We are on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager OR Construction Manager to join our fast-paced construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of all construction projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will also be tasked with managing project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and supervise all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure these are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Ensure all construction projects comply with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the project team.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse range of construction projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, Preferred NOT required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead project teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• A professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP or Prince2, is desirable but not mandatory.
