Bonus Summary:

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor project managers; drive project performance and KPIs Manage end-to-end construction lifecycle (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, execution) Oversee MEP projects and active-site renovations Manage client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships Drive budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and project recovery plans Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of project management experience in construction Strong experience with MEP systems and complex/active-site projects Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and financial management Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and project management/scheduling tools Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Thank you!
