• Security and audit knowledge Experience Required 8+ years of experience Key Responsibilities On-Site IT Coordination Oversee and coordinate the work of third-party IT support personnel on-site Ensure service quality and compliance with IT policies and factory safety requirements Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for factory users and stakeholders Coordinate effectively with remote/global IT teams across domains (network, storage, applications, etc.

) Escalation & Issue Resolution Handle urgent tier-3 escalations with third-party IT Troubleshoot issues related to: Network connectivity Servers Client systems Production tools System Operations Support Manage day-to-day IT operations including: User provisioning Hardware/software deployment Patch management Incident resolution Application & System Support Work with global teams to maintain factory systems including: MES systems ERP systems Other critical business applications Networking Perform basic troubleshooting:

TCP/IP DNS DHCP

Routing Escalate complex issues to specialized teams Server & Infrastructure Management Support and maintain: Windows servers Linux/Unix servers

Ensure:
