This role provides leadership, direction, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards. The Project Manager is accountable for maintaining efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Business Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Actively participate in industry and client networks to promote the firm's services and identify new opportunities. Define project scope, prepare proposals, and present technical qualifications to prospective clients. Maintain ongoing engagement with current, past, and referral clients to support business growth. Client Service Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication through meetings, calls, and reports. Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues related to technical performance, scheduling, billing, staffing, and quality. Build and strengthen client relationships through ongoing engagement, including meetings and events.
