Business Process Manager - Manager, Streaming Solutions -
Strategic Projects Introduction:
The Streaming Solutions team is seeking a temporary Manager for the Strategic Projects vertical. As a member of the Streaming Solutions group within Client Partnerships, this role will support the development of a new vertical that drives multi-platform revenue growth within the Streaming Content team. The right candidate will pair storytelling skills with strategic thinking to craft cross-functional strategies, financial analyses, and executive presentations, ultimately driving addressable revenue for Advertising.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation, maintenance, and execution of an annual strategic and financial plan for streaming revenue growth, including goal setting, monthly forecasting, and executive presentations and reporting Support revenue reporting accuracy and maintenance across AirTable tool and reporting interfaces, including playing a leadership role in the Client Partnerships AirTable CoLab and partnering with the AirTable Specialist to proactively improve the AirTable to meet the evolving needs of Client Partnerships Maintain the Streaming Expense Budget, including regular processing of payments, collaboration with Finance, budget analyses, and monthly reporting for executive leadership Coordinate and create quarterly global content slate views with Programming, Comms, and Executive Leadership to support sales opportunities across the US, CA, LatAm, EMEA, and ANZ Maintain a content sneak peek briefcase of upcoming content, including driving the creation of trackers, materials, and talking points for Client Partnerships leadership in client meetings Support quick-turn executive presentation building (from objective to outline to full deck) and ad hoc analyses, coordinating across Client Partnerships to push forward key strategic projects Represent the perspective of Client Partnerships in cross-functional meetings with DTC to support long-term parity and alignment between client Facilitate collaboration across teams to identify innovative and market-leading ad sales opportunities tied to content, audience insights, and ad product capabilities
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Identify opportunities for optimization, recommend processes to streamline, and maintain internal processes to promote cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and revenue tracking Collaborate with internal partners such as RYM, Analytics and Addressable Sales to optimize available streaming opportunities in the marketplace and develop net new approaches to driving streaming revenue Support our approach of Streaming growth holistically by building relationships and solutions with our internal content and solutions partners (Entertainment, Sports) Create timely materials to push relevant opportunities in the market for the Sales team to drive revenue
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong background in strategy, consulting, or business operations Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and revenue forecasting Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into executive presentations Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working with or managing tools like Airtable preferred Ability to synthesize limited input into structured deliverables (e.g., building decks from minimal direction)
