This role will manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and overall project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading project planning and scheduling, managing financial performance and forecasting, coordinating client communication, overseeing subcontractors and field teams, and identifying project risks before they impact timelines or budgets. This individual will also mentor Project Engineers and support team development. Qualified candidates should have strong construction management experience, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication and organizational skills. A background in residential / commercial construction, proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and related software is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus along with 5+ years of related experience.
