LP Job Summary:
The primary responsibility is to manage end-to-end execution of conveyor retrofit deployments across ~12 sites by coordinating vendors, engineering teams, and onsite stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Vendor deployment is aligned with timelines and quality standards Engineering milestones are met (installation, testing, validation) Cross-functional coordination with RME, Operations, and Engineering teams Real-time issue resolution in a live operational environment The role is highly execution-focused, requiring frequent travel, hands-on oversight, and flexibility (including evening work windows).
Key Skill Areas:
Strong Program/Project Management (multi-site coordination, milestone tracking) Technical/Engineering understanding (mechanical/electrical systems, conveyors) Networking/testing knowledge (system validation during deployment) Vendor management & stakeholder communication in operational environments
Ideal Candidate Background:
6+ years in program/project management Experience in engineering environments (industrial, mechanical, electrical) Exposure to retrofits, automation systems, or live site deployments Familiarity with material handling systems (conveyors, warehouse automation) is highly preferred
