Project Manager/Estimator Commercial Waterproofing

We're seeking Waterproofing Project Manager/Estimator to lead this new division, manage on-site teams, and ensure projects are executed with technical excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of waterproofing projects Conduct site inspections and scope assessments Create job costing, material orders, and work timelines Allocate manpower and equipment effectively across multiple sites Technical Execution Oversee surface prep and application for: Basement and foundation waterproofing Wall crack sealing and damp-proofing Roof slab, tank, and exterior waterproofing Utilize advanced equipment including: Shot-blasting units Scrapers and sandblasting tools Membrane pumps for liquid applications Ensure all work follows manufacturer and safety specifications Team Management & Training Hire, train, and supervise waterproofing technicians and helpers Monitor work quality and ensure timely delivery Build a results-driven, safety-conscious crew Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates to senior management Maintain accurate digital records (materials, labor, site reports) Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in waterproofing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Hands-on expertise in applying multiple waterproofing systems Experience using shot-blasters, membrane pumps, and surface prep tools Ability to read plans, moisture reports, and scopes of work Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills Comfortable managing multiple jobs across

Orange County Preferred:

Familiarity with Dr. Fixit, Sika, Fosroc, BASF, etc. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
