Sunnyvale, CA Overview:
Lifetime Roofing and Renovation is seeking a self-motivated and experienced sales professional to join our fast-growing team, proudly serving the greater Bay Area with roof replacement and repair services. As a Project Manager and Sales Representative , you'll be provided with company-generated leads and meet with homeowners and business owners to perform roof inspections and offer free estimates. Training is provided , and the position offers flexible scheduling along with strong in-house support to help you succeed and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
Must have reliable transportation and a ladder to climb onto roofs for inspections at assigned locations Conduct roof assessments and inspections, and present recommended solutions to the decision-maker Convert appointments into signed roofing contracts and complete all contract paperwork accurately Place visible job signage at the front of each project site Oversee each project from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met Collect all required project documentation, including before, during, and after photos Follow up with clients upon project completion and request a review
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project management, roofing, or home renovation is preferred but not required (training is provided) . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and clients effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenges throughout project lifecycles. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of both clients and the company.
