Job Description

We specialize in contents removal, inventory, storage, and return for clients dealing with fire, water, and mold losses. We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to take charge of job coordination, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all packout, move-back, and contents restoration projects Coordinate job start dates, scheduling, and crew dispatching Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors Ensure accurate inventory, documentation, and job files are maintained Conduct job site walkthroughs and final inspections Lead and mentor team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards Track project progress, address obstacles, and report status to upper management
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Why Join Us?
