This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through effective planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Join us to manage complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately execute project specifications. Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and resolve issues promptly. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders through clear reporting and meetings. Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and bid proposals when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects. Proficiency in construction estimating software and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar platforms. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocols. Familiarity with industry-standard construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines. Experience working on construction sites with hands-on knowledge of site operations is highly desirable.
