We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our U.S. team with headquarters in Korea to manage product launch timelines, packaging translation, OTC/FDA/MoCRA regulatory coordination, and marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, facilitating communication across teams, and helping bring beauty projects to life — from packaging development to social media campaigns and pop-up events. Fluency in Korean and English is required, as you will coordinate regularly with Korea HQ, suppliers, and external partners including consulting agencies for regulatory matters. Project Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. team and Korea HQ to coordinate product launches, packaging, and marketing initiatives Create, update, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and task trackers to ensure all milestones are met Facilitate cross-department communication (marketing, operations, design, and sales) to align priorities and schedules Manage translation and adaptation of packaging content (ingredients, claims, usage instructions, and warnings) from Korean to English, ensuring clarity, compliance, and brand tone Collaborate with HQ and external consulting partners on FDA regulatory reviews and product registration for cosmetics and skincare products Collect, review, and organize product information and documentation from HQ (SKUs, images, copy, certificates, safety data sheets, etc.) Marketing & Launch Support Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and create social media posts, captions, and campaign calendars aligned with the brand's tone and strategy Assist in developing and executing U.S. marketing plans for product launches and seasonal campaigns Support the preparation and setup for pop-up events, trade shows, and influencer collaborations, including logistics, materials, and coordination with partners Manage sample distribution for media, influencer, and retail use Ensure that all marketing materials and visuals are consistent with global brand guidelines Communication & Documentation Schedule and lead regular cross-team meetings, summarizing key action items and follow-ups Maintain up-to-date project files, version control, and shared folders for all stakeholders Translate or review Korean/English documents, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management Administrative & Ad Hoc Support Assist with vendor communication and coordination of third-party services (printing, photography, testing labs, etc.) Support special company projects, product showcases, or brand events as needed Perform other administrative or coordination duties as assigned by leadership Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, product development, or marketing operations, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or CPG Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Fluent in both Korean and English (required) for daily communication with HQ and external partners Experience with translation or adaptation of packaging content (Korean to English) is highly preferred Familiarity with FDA cosmetic labeling or product registration processes is a strong plus Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, social media planning, or trade show coordination is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (Asana, AirTable, Notion, etc.) preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities Genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and K-beauty trends Job Type:
