Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Torrance, California. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and project management, particularly within the retail industry. You will play a key role in organizing and coordinating various initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee marketing projects, including digital content creation and trade show preparations.
• Assist in the organization of photo shoots, catalog production, and sourcing model talent.
• Proofread and edit monthly newsletters for both internal and external distribution.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Manage tasks and timelines using project management tools, such as Wrike or similar software.
• Support digital marketing efforts by working closely with content creators.
• Maintain an organized workflow and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Contribute ideas and provide assistance in graphic design projects, if applicable.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
